Customization Policy

A customization request is a garment made to your brief — your measurements, fabric, colour and detailing. It applies to requests placed through the Customize and Evermores pages. Every piece is made once, for one person.

Made-to-order pieces typically take 3–6 weeks depending on fabric availability and the complexity of the work. Hand-embroidered pieces can take longer. We confirm an expected date in writing before production starts, and tell you promptly if anything changes it.

Measurements and detailing can be revised free of charge until production begins. Once cutting has started, changes may not be possible, and where they are, they may carry an additional charge — we will always tell you the cost before proceeding.

A customization request may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before production begins. Once fabric has been cut, the advance is non-refundable, because the material and the work cannot be resold. This is why bespoke orders sit outside our standard Refund Policy.

If a finished piece does not fit as agreed, we will alter it at no charge — tell us within 7 days of delivery. Alterations arising from a change of mind, or from measurements that were supplied incorrectly, are chargeable.

We do not copy another designer's work. We are glad to take inspiration from a reference image and interpret it in our own hand, and we will tell you at the quote stage if a request crosses that line.
