Free Shipping on All Orders
Celasta offers free standard shipping on every order across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (most metro cities receive within 3–4 days)
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days — available at checkout for select pincodes (additional charge applies)
- Remote Locations: 7–12 business days for orders to remote pincodes or hilly regions
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking SMS and email with your courier details.
Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart, depending on your pincode and delivery speed selected. Partner assignment is automatic and optimised for fastest delivery to your location.
Order Tracking
Track your order anytime at celasta.in/order-tracking using your order number and registered email or phone number. Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours after dispatch.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they are shipped together wherever possible. In some cases, items from different artisan units may be dispatched separately — both will arrive within the standard timeline.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply in some cases.
