How long does a custom order take?
Typically 12–18 business days from design confirmation, depending on fabric and complexity. Rush orders are available for an additional charge.
Can I request alterations after delivery?
Yes. If the fit is not right, we offer one complimentary alteration round within 7 days of delivery.
Do you ship bespoke pieces outside India?
Currently, our bespoke service is available only within India. We are working to expand internationally.
